Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped within 1week of payment. We carefully package each piece of pottery to make sure it arrives safely to your door. In the packing process, we use recycled carton boxes cut in pieces to fill inside our original box in order to strength the package.

Customers are responsible for any custom duty clearance and import taxes of any international shipments that may apply. Minako Bass Ceramics is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the pottery and want to return the product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipment, and product must arrive unbroken before a refund is made.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

You can exchange the product within 7days, but the item should be the same size and values of pottery ONLY.​ (ex, same mug size and values)​
